Dr. Dahlgren specializes in the treatment of chronic infections and neurological disorders in patients of all ages. She has over 15 years of experience providing highly individualized care to patients with complex chronic illness. Her patients have diverse health goals from anti-aging medicine to treating Lyme disease and mold illness. Her unique treatment protocols include nutritional support, dietary interventions, herbal medicine, hormone therapy, detoxification support, homeopathy, energy medicine, pharmaceutical medications, and lifestyle recommendations.
Pediatrics
.At Oak Tree Integrative Medicine, we believe that every patient deserves to experience thriving health. We offer comprehensive care for our pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, and infectious conditions including autism, developmental delays, learning disorders and PANDAS/PANS.
Detoxification
We believe many illnesses are caused by the toxins in our environment. Avoiding manufactured ingredients and pesticides reduces the harmful substances entering our bodies. We educate our patients to use food, movement, nutritional supplements, sauna therapy, foot baths, lymphatic drainage to support the organs of detoxification.
Injection therapy for chronic pain and injuries
Dr. Dahlgren has extensive experience with a variety of injection techniques including neural therapy, perineural injections for acute and chronic pain, PRP for both aesthetic and orthopedic indications and intravenous therapies.
Optimizing hormones
We use a variety of integrative medicine tools to optimize hormone regulation for both men and women throughout their lives. Dr. Dahlgren works with each patient to determine the best treatment approach from dietary changes and nutritional supplements to prescription bio-identical hormones. She is also a Sotto Pelle Certified Provider offering hormone pellet therapy.

Dr. Katie Dahlgren is a board-certified Naturopathic Physician. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology/pre-med with a minor in psychology at Gonzaga University. In 2007, she graduated from the vigorous 4-year doctorate program in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. Dr. Dahlgren then completed a 3-year clinical residency with Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, Ph.D.
