Dr. Katie Dahlgren is a board-certified naturopathic physician with nearly two decades of clinical experience, specializing in the treatment of complex chronic illness and neuroinflammatory conditions. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ozonotherapy (FAAO) and is currently completing her fellowship training with the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS). Dr. Dahlgren is a nationally recognized lecturer, presenting for organizations including MAPS, TACA, and The Forum for Integrative Medicine (TFIM), where she educates clinicians on advanced, root-cause approaches to care. Her expertise has been featured on leading platforms such as Better Health Guy, Gordon Medical Associates, and the TBD Podcast with Dr. Daniel Chille. She has also contributed to the field through publication in Autism Advocate Parenting Magazine. Dr. Dahlgren is known for integrating clinical depth with innovative therapies to address some of the most challenging conditions in modern medicine.

Co-founder

Tim Gramley is the co-founder of Oak Tree Integrative Medicine & Spa, where he plays a key role in daily operations as IV services facilitator and lead for facilities and technology. He works behind the scenes to maintain a high-functioning, patient-centered environment, ensuring both safety and efficiency across the clinic. A father of five, Tim brings dedication and leadership to his role, influenced by his service with the U.S. Army Rangers. His steady commitment to both his family and the clinic’s mission helps shape the Oak Tree experience.

Office Administrator

Michayla Conrad serves as the central administrative lead at Oak Tree Integrative Medicine & Spa, where she plays a vital role in both patient experience and clinic operations. With over four years working alongside Dr. Katie Dahlgren, she oversees patient care coordination, scheduling, billing, and human resources, ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Michayla also contributes creatively to marketing initiatives and professional educational materials, supporting the clinic’s presence in both patient and medical communities. In addition, she manages the in-house dispensary and brings her background as an herbalist into the integrative care environment. Her versatility, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of the Oak Tree team.

Shakaya Mohebzadeh is an aesthetician at Oak Tree Integrative Medicine & Spa, specializing in lymphatic drainage, whole-body detoxification therapies, and holistic skincare. She is known for her genuine passion for creating deeply personalized treatments that support both skin health and overall well-being. Shakaya is committed to providing attentive, high-quality care, ensuring each patient feels supported, restored, and cared for at every visit.

Lyndsey Golden, LAc, is a licensed acupuncturist at Oak Tree Integrative Medicine & Spa, offering acupuncture and Frequency Specific Microcurrent therapy to support whole-body healing. She combines traditional Eastern medicine with modern therapeutic approaches to help regulate the nervous system, reduce pain, and restore balance. Known for her thoughtful, individualized care, Lyndsey creates treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, promoting both immediate relief and long-term wellness.

Preeti Kasatkar is a holistic health practitioner with over 9 years of experience helping patients naturally overcome allergies and chronic health concerns. She specializes in NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques) and Ayurvedic medicine, using gentle, non-invasive treatments to address the root cause of health issues rather than just the symptoms. Preeti provides personalized care designed to restore balance, improve overall wellness, and help patients live healthier, more vibrant lives.
